Obillerate is committed to making civic information available to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• Semantic HTML, labeled form controls, and keyboard-operable navigation with a visible "skip to content" link
• Text and interface colors chosen for readable contrast, and a layout that reflows on mobile and at high zoom
• Respect for your system's reduced-motion and light/dark theme preferences
• Plain-language bill summaries so the substance doesn't depend on dense legal text

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never "finished." We test with keyboard navigation and screen readers and fix issues as we find them. Some third-party or embedded content (for example, external video) may not fully meet our standards, and we work to minimize reliance on it.
