Right now, some companies sell fast electric motorcycles but call them e-bikes to make you think they are allowed on sidewalks. This bill stops that trick. It makes sellers clearly warn you if a vehicle requires a driver's license, registration, and insurance. It also keeps these fast motorized vehicles out of regular bike lanes, which keeps people walking and pedaling safe. Since it already passed the House and Senate, it just needs the governor to sign it to become law.
