The Mobile Home Bill
Mobile home sales require repair disclosures and fee cuts
Relative to the disclosure of rights and responsibilities during the sale of a mobile home in a mobile home park.
Good for everyday people ·
If passed, sellers must tell buyers about needed repairs and parks must lower lot fees when they reject qualified buyers.
Our take
What we think, in plain words.
The bill helps mobile home owners sell their homes faster and cheaper, but park owners will lose income, so they may push back.
