New Hampshire uses the business profits tax to help pay for public schools and state services. This bill would completely delete that tax. If profitable companies stop paying their share, the state will lose a huge amount of money. That means regular people will either have to pay higher local taxes to make up the difference, or they will lose important state programs. It is a massive giveaway to big companies at the expense of everyday citizens.
