What the bill actually says, no spin.

Businesses could get tax credits for hiring full-time neurodiverse employees: $7,000 for the first year, $8,000 for the second year, and $9,000 for the third year and beyond.
Businesses could get $4,500 for hiring part-time neurodiverse employees each year.
Employees must work in science, technology, engineering, math, or artificial intelligence jobs.
The state director will decide who counts as a 'qualified neurodiverse employee' and if they are full-time or part-time.
The tax credit cannot lower a business's tax bill by more than half.
If a business cannot use all the credit in one year, they can use it over the next seven years.
