- The veteran must have a disability rating of 30% or more.
- The veteran must have served after January 1, 1990.
- The veteran must be employed for at least 185 days.
- The tax credit is 15% of the veteran's wages, up to $1,800 per veteran.
- Businesses can sell or transfer these tax credits to other businesses.
- The bill applies to wages paid between January 1, 2017, and January 1, 2020.
