This bill would let local distilleries sell you full drinks instead of just tiny samples, as long as they also offer real food like sandwiches or pizza.

What we think, in plain words.
Right now, state rules strictly limit how much alcohol a distillery can serve you on site. They can only give out small tasting samples. This bill would change the rules so distilleries could sell actual drinks for you to enjoy there or take home. It would double the daily limit of spirits you can buy from three ounces to six ounces. To keep people safe, it would also force these businesses to offer real food, not just pretzels or candy, whenever they serve liquor. It would be a win for local businesses and people who want to support them.
